  I probably won't be using this jeweler again. I was told by a friend they were reputable and it could be they are, in general, but my experience was not great. I dropped off a ring to be re-sized and to have the shank reinforced on Dec 28th. I was told that my requested work would be carried out for $70 and the ring would be ready in a few days. I called to check in on the status of repairs on Jan 5th and was briskly told that I had been misinformed about the work only taking a few days and that repairs were not complete - that they would call me when it was ready. So I waited and waited...and received no phone call. I called again on Jan 26th and was told it was ready on Jan 5th, that they tried to call but got no answer. Why no voicemail was left or why they did not try calling again is beyond me, not to mention the fact that I had called to check in on the 5th. When I arrived to pick up the ring the shank had not been reinforced. I was told, at that time, that reinforcement would be an additional $300, funny because my original receipt indicated that the ring would be re-sized AND that the shank would be reinforced. All in all a somewhat frustrating/disappointing experience.
